Ourmolt Coffee Roaster is a quiet coffee shop and roastery away from Phuket’s bustle, tucked into the Pa Khlok area. It’s hidden down a small lane but easy to find, and there’s parking nearby. The vibe is intentionally low-key, and the café operates on a compact schedule — weekends only (Sat–Sun, 09:00–19:00).
The concept revolves around on-site roasting and a strong focus on specialty coffee. The baristas confidently handle both classics and house creations: the latte is smooth and well-balanced, while the latte float comes topped with a scoop of ice cream. One highlight is their signature blend — built around notes from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala — soft, rounded, and harmonious. Non-coffee drinkers won’t feel left out either: there are teas (like jasmine) and more unusual options such as a matcha-strawberry drink.
Inside, the space feels warm and inviting, with vintage mid-century touches — distinctive tables and chairs, posters, soft lighting, and thoughtful details throughout. It’s set up for lingering: quiet corners for working or reading, relaxed areas for unwinding, board games, and even movie watching. The overall mood is like visiting friends — calm, unpretentious, and homey.
Food is simple and coffee-friendly: cookies, pastries, and desserts that complement rather than overpower the drinks. A couple of small notes: ice-cream flavors for the latte float can be limited, and the café is only open on weekends.
