Parma by Mozza – Blue Tree in Phuket is a cosy Italian restaurant located on the second floor of the complex. The space is thoughtfully designed: indoors it stays cool and comfortable thanks to ceiling fans, while outside you’ll find a balcony and a terrace where it’s easy to relax in the fresh air surrounded by greenery. The highlight is the terrace overlooking the garden and a real fountain — a great spot for a quiet breakfast or an evening meal with good music.
The menu is extensive and easy to navigate, with photos. You’ll find pizza, pasta, soups, salads, steaks, and a variety of appetisers. Portions are generous and the presentation is neat. Dough-based items are a real strong point here — pizza, focaccia/flatbreads, and bread are especially good. They also take meat seriously: steaks are cooked accurately, and go perfectly with fries and a salad. For breakfast, options include fruit-and-granola yogurt, a power bowl, or a beef sandwich. Drinks range from fresh juices and juice mixes to a proper Italian espresso and cappuccino, with limoncello as a great finish. Bread is served with the dishes, and you may even get a mini brownie afterwards; children are treated to a complimentary ice cream.
Service is genuinely attentive: the staff respond quickly, are considerate with families, and are relaxed about guests with pets. If needed, the kitchen can adjust a dish without fuss. In the evening, it’s worth coming during happy hour (16:00–19:00), when there are some attractive promotions. Not every dessert is equally impressive — tiramisu can feel a little plain — but the main menu consistently delivers on flavour and value for money.
