One of the most popular and lively beaches in Phuket. It is located on the western coast of the island and attracts visitors with its variety of entertainment options: here you can ride jet skis and banana boats, try parasailing, release wish lanterns, and much more. In general, Patong has the most developed infrastructure of all the beaches: there are numerous sun loungers, water activities, food stalls, and restaurants along the shoreline.
The beach stretches for about 4 kilometers and is conventionally divided into northern, central, and southern parts. Due to the multitude of infrastructure facilities and large number of tourists, this beach can quite fairly be called the dirtiest in Phuket. Also, during the low season, waves can form here, but on the cape in the southern part of the bay, there are several beaches with calm seas in any season.
