Bookings are most reliably handled by phone; responses via messengers or other digital channels can be slow, and the staff’s tone during booking can sometimes come across as overly blunt.

There’s also an on-site rental counter and shop: you can rent shoes, rackets, and shuttlecocks, buy additional gear, and pick up inexpensive drinks and snacks.
