Rivet & Rebar at The Slate in Phuket is a modern grill restaurant with a distinct personality. Striking design, thoughtfully curated music, and an easy-going evening vibe come together here — whether you’re in the mood for a lively night out or something more relaxed. If you prefer a quieter setting, the outdoor seating is especially comfortable for an unhurried dinner away from the bustle.
The menu focuses on bold, chef-driven dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Presentation is confident and memorable, and the flavors are composed to make dinner feel like a small culinary occasion rather than just another meal. The team is also happy to accommodate preferences — vegetarian options are available, and dietary requirements are handled with care.
Service is consistently strong, with clear teamwork and genuine attention to detail throughout the evening. When dietary restrictions are mentioned, staff will confirm the ingredients again when the dish is served to ensure nothing unwanted ends up on the plate.
Live music nights are a highlight: the atmosphere becomes more energetic while staying warm and well-balanced. At times, dinner may be rounded off with a small chef’s compliment — an extra touch that reinforces the feeling of a special place for an evening out.
