Simply ’ism Café on Soi Nam Tok Kathu in Phuket is a calm, waterside garden hideaway. Lush greenery, shaded seating, and a small pond — where you can spot large fish — create a relaxed atmosphere. Butterflies are often around, and you might even notice little turtles. The layout offers both seats right by the water and more secluded corners, so it never feels hectic. A light breeze, plus fans during the hotter hours, helps keep things comfortable. The restrooms are kept clean.

The menu covers both savory meals and sweets, with options for lunch, drinks, and desserts. The standout here is the coffee and desserts: cakes (including apple crumble), pancakes, and other treats are neatly presented and very photogenic. For savory dishes, items like basil stir-fry and a generously sized katsudon can be satisfying. That said, the kitchen can be inconsistent — some dishes may taste a bit plain, certain fish-and-rice items can have an off texture, and the tom yum isn’t always as punchy as you’d expect.

The café is full of photo-friendly spots and little details made for the camera, and friendly cats often wander around the grounds. A few practical notes: the entrance sign is shared with a spa/sauna, parking is shared and limited, and you’ll often be asked to pay right after ordering.
