Sipping Tiger Bar is a cocktail lounge in the lobby of the InterContinental Phuket Resort on Kamala Beach, tucked away from the buzz of the resort. The space channels a 1940s mood — soft lighting, lush “jungle” greenery, subtle tiger accents, and the feeling of a private hideout. It’s an easy place to meet with friends, talk without rushing, and stay late; the soundtrack stays relaxed and unobtrusive, with an occasional DJ.

The bar is built around a Garden Botanicals & Zero‑Waste philosophy. Cocktails feature herbs, flowers, and other ingredients sourced from the hotel’s botanical garden, with recipes centered on Thai aromatics and a clean, balanced acidity. The menu is broad: original signatures sit alongside well-executed classics, and the team is happy to tailor a drink to your taste or the mood. Presentation turns each serve into a small ritual, and the staff are great at explaining the concept and suggesting pairings.

Food leans into elevated bar bites and sweets — think a burger, marinated olives, potatoes with truffle aioli — plus heartier options like smoked short ribs. Desserts are available, along with rotating themed collaborations, including Bangkok Brunch–style formats.
