One of Phuket’s beaches with the cleanest and clearest water.
The beach is located in the northwestern part of the island between the main beaches of Kamala and Bang Tao, as well as the less known Had Laem Sing and Pansi.
In sunny weather the sand on the beach is white in color, in the evening and on cloudy days it gets a yellowish tint. The water here is turquoise-colored and always perfectly transparent.
The length of the beach is 800 meters, so it is easy to find deserted and private places. All along the coastline there are tropical trees and many tents offering beach supplies and street food.
Backcurrents are much less likely to form on this beach as they do on Kata or Karon.
Surin is ideal for sunbathing, enjoying the magnificent seascape, snorkeling or simply lounging in the shade of a palm tree with a coconut in hand.
Surin also borders the upscale Bang Tao district, which has a large number of places worth visiting.
