There are no official Apple Stores in Phuket (they’re only in Bangkok), but you can still buy Apple products at authorized resellers and major electronics retailers such as Power Buy, Big C, and Tesco Lotus. These stores can be found in many shopping malls, including Central Phuket, Robinson, and Jungceylon. A full list is available on our website in the Shopping Malls section.

To save money on your iPhone or other tech purchases, don’t forget to request a VAT refund. You can read our detailed article on How to get a tax-free refund in Phuket. In short: make sure the store where you’re buying your iPhone participates in the tax-free program and completes all the necessary paperwork at the time of purchase. Without it, you won’t be able to claim the refund. The easiest place to do this is at the airport upon departure. And remember — you must be a tourist, not a long-term resident in Phuket.
