B Cat Café in Phuket Town’s Old Town is a calm, welcoming spot where you can grab a bite and spend time with 22 cats. Some are pedigreed, others were rescued, and each has a distinct personality. Most of the cats lounge and nap on their beds, while the more sociable ones are quick to approach, play, and curl up nearby — especially if you treat them to the snacks sold on-site.
It’s a great place either for a short break from the heat or a relaxed visit. There’s a two-hour time limit, and entry is around 180–185 THB (drink not included). The space feels cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with toys for play and a photo album/cards introducing the “staff,” which adds charm and helps you remember your favorites.
Food and drinks are more than an afterthought here. Guests often praise the generously sized salads, reasonably priced dinner options, refreshing smoothies (like banana–mango), passion fruit drinks, good coffee, and photogenic iced beverages with cute presentation. A special bonus is the halal menu.
The staff are attentive and friendly: they explain how to interact with the cats, share details about them, and make sure children are comfortable and safe. The café is also convenient for visitors with strollers and for wheelchair users.
As with any cat café, there’s a noticeable “cat” smell indoors, and rule enforcement around handling the animals may occasionally be less than perfect. It’s best to follow the cats’ cues and avoid disturbing those who are resting.
