Blue Canyon Country Club is one of Thailand’s most renowned and prestigious golf clubs, located near Phuket International Airport. It hosts some of Asia’s most important tournaments, and its Canyon Course became the only course in history to host the Johnnie Walker Classic three times.
The club was designed by Japanese architect Yoshikazu Kato on the site of a former tin mine. The courses are seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape: canyons, lakes, tropical forests, and dramatic elevation changes make the game not only visually spectacular but also challenging even for experienced golfers.
The club’s main pride is the Canyon Course, which has repeatedly been recognized as one of the best golf courses in Asia. It has welcomed such golfing legends as Greg Norman, Tiger Woods, Nick Faldo, Ernie Els, and other world-famous players, while notable guests of the club have included Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush.
Today, Blue Canyon Country Club features two 18-hole courses, a modern clubhouse, restaurants, a golf academy, and extensive facilities designed for players of all skill levels.
