The dining area feels light and open, and the concept is geared more toward a hearty dinner than a long, lingering evening. When choosing a table, keep the road in mind: seats closer to the sidewalk can be noisy and dusty, with foot traffic constantly passing by.

The restaurant’s main focus is steaks from Australian beef and wagyu — tenderloin, ribeye, the signature buffalo steak, and higher-end options such as dry-aged Tajima Wagyu. Steaks are generally cooked accurately to the requested doneness, but if you want medium-rare it’s best to specify it clearly. Sides typically include potatoes or mashed potato, though the sides can be hit-or-miss — sometimes too greasy or simply not as flavorful as expected.

One of the kitchen’s strongest points is its selection of sauces (peppercorn, mushroom, blue cheese), along with a solid range of Western dishes: burgers, ribs, schnitzel, Skagen toast, pasta, and salmon. Popular desserts include apple pie and panna cotta, while the coffee can feel overpriced and not particularly memorable.

Service is usually attentive, but there can be lapses in coordination: dishes may arrive at different times, items are occasionally forgotten, and the menu becomes more limited later in the evening — Thai dishes, in particular, aren’t always available close to kitchen closing.
