What to wear? Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes (make sure your pockets are empty). Shoes and protective gloves are provided on site. Jewelry and piercings should be removed, and those with long hair are advised to tie it up neatly to avoid getting caught in the equipment. Bags and backpacks are not allowed on the course.

What not to bring? Water – it is provided free of charge in unlimited amounts. You can rent an action camera on site. A professional photographer also works in the park, and you can purchase photos at the end of the course.

What if I booked but can’t come? You can reschedule or get a refund if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are non-refundable.

Will I be able to complete the course if I’m afraid of heights?

Yes, you will. The park offers different difficulty levels. Before starting, there is a safety briefing and a practice section. For those who are especially nervous, it’s best to choose the beginner level or a shorter program.

How safe is it — are there qualified instructors and proper equipment?

The park provides certified safety equipment and trained staff, with a mandatory briefing before the start. It’s important to follow the instructors’ guidelines and use the double safety system (two locking clips), as practiced in the park.

Is it suitable for children, and is there a separate kids’ area?

Yes. There are easier routes and dedicated children’s zones. Minimum height, weight, and age requirements depend on the selected program, and younger children usually need to be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a transfer? How can I get there?

Yes, you can purchase tickets with a transfer included. You can also buy tickets without a transfer and get there by taxi or rented transport.
