KEDR Spa & Sauna in Phuket is a small, well-kept complex designed for quiet recovery — without noise or a club-like vibe. The atmosphere is intentionally calm and party-free: soft music, tidy relaxation areas, and the feeling that you come here to unwind, not to socialize loudly. Children are not allowed, which helps keep the space focused on relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find several hot and cold experiences: a sauna and steam room with solid heat, plunge pools at different temperatures (including truly ice-cold options), hot baths/jacuzzis, a small swimming pool, showers, and a cool “rain room” for refreshing rinses. The main highlight is the hot-and-cold contrast — intense heat followed by cold plunges — after which it’s especially nice to linger in the water or stretch out on a lounger.
Massages and spa treatments are available at reasonable prices, though some treatment rooms feel fairly basic: air conditioning can make them a bit chilly, and the lighting may be too bright. For groups, there’s a private area for up to 10 people with its own sauna, steam room, hot bath, and plunge pool.
There’s also a food and drinks menu (including coconut, fruit, kvass, and beer). The food is often very tasty, but the quality can be inconsistent. As for practical details: the venue is compact, so it can feel crowded during peak hours; the pool is small; lockers are more like open cubbies; and towels and some smaller features could use more regular updates. Occasional technical hiccups happen, and the reception area lacks a few conveniences such as phone charging or a drinking fountain.
