ALLTHAI Sauna is a well‑kept bath and spa complex with a thoughtfully designed layout and several relaxation areas — an easy place to spend the whole day. The atmosphere is quiet and homey: separate changing rooms, sun loungers, pleasant background music, and cool towels right by the steam rooms.
The complex features a Finnish sauna and a Turkish hammam (including one with a “starry” ceiling), a Japanese-style onsen with both hot and cold pools, a plunge tub, and a salt bath. The main highlight is the large swimming pool: the water doesn’t have a harsh chlorine smell, the lighting comes on in the evening, and sunsets here feel especially scenic. Families are well catered for too, with a kids’ area and playground — adults can head to a massage while children swim and play.
The spa menu includes massages and body treatments. Therapists take a careful, professional approach; disposable underwear is provided, and it’s easy to fully switch off and rest after a session. Membership options are also available, making regular visits noticeably better value.
There’s an on‑site restaurant/café serving Thai and European dishes, plus a few familiar comfort foods like syrniki (cottage-cheese pancakes) and buckwheat. Herbal teas and refreshing drinks are available as well.
A few things to note: certain areas may occasionally be closed for maintenance; temperatures in the pools and steam rooms can feel uneven; and the showers are located in a shared area. Card payments aren’t always accepted. A Russian banya may appear in listings, but it may not be operating yet. On rare occasions the complex closes earlier than expected, so it’s worth confirming opening hours before you go.
