Opening hours: Daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Tom yum is, of course, delicious, but for many tourists from CIS countries, around the tenth day their body starts craving “something normal”. And that’s exactly when Lakomka appears on the horizon.
There’s no experimenting here — this is a place that simply feeds you well. Homemade-style dumplings (with vinegar and pepper if you like), hand-made vareniki, rich borscht, classic Olivier salad, and that very potato dish that restores your faith in life.
The cafe has a cozy, almost family-like atmosphere: the staff chat with you, offer recommendations, ask if everything tastes good, the portions are generous, the prices are pleasant, familiar music is playing, and the air conditioning is on. It feels like you don’t need anything more to be happy.
