The menu is built around fresh fish and careful presentation. Their sashimi is especially good — salmon and yellowtail stand out — while the salmon and eel nigiri are delicate and well-balanced. Rolls are put together with a clean, even flavor profile: real wasabi, well-matched sauces, and nothing overly heavy. The Ebi Tempura Roll and Unagi Roll deserve a special mention, and shrimp dishes in general are bold and juicy here.
