-1 hour stay in an ice bath with a certified ice bath and breathwork instructor
-30-minute breathwork and meditative exercises
-3 rounds of ice bathing lasting up to 5 minutes, training using a special breathing technique for ice baths, which allows immersion in cold water at a temperature of about 10–15 °C

During a sound therapy session, a qualified specialist gently strikes the bowls or plays them to create various frequencies that produce soothing sounds and vibrations.
