Be sure to attend meditation & breathwork in the Sound Bowl class. Sound therapy is a holistic practice that uses vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls to heal the body and mind. During a sound therapy session, a qualified specialist gently strikes or plays the bowls, creating various frequencies that produce soothing sounds and vibrations.
